Who We Are

Mediation Works was created to solve a simple but growing problem in the legal profession: the rising demand for mediation services and the limited internal capacity within law firms to service that demand effieciently.

We partner with law firms as a capacity and capability provider. We do not seek to take over client relationships or compete for clients.

Instead, we act as a trusted extension of your practice - providing mediation infrastructure, accredited training, and access to accredited mediators exactly when you need it. All client relationships remain with the instructing firm.

Our Philosophy

We believe mediation should be structured, neutral, and outcome-focused. Our role is to provide the systems and support that allow mediators and legal practitioners to do their best work - efficiently, confidentially, and with integrity.
